These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Pure Moto Racing website, SprintX Championship platform, mobile experience, registration services, ticketing services, media accreditation, user accounts, dashboards, digital passes, QR codes, and any related services operated under Pure Moto Racing, SprintX Championship, or its authorized operators. By accessing or using the platform, creating an account, purchasing a ticket, registering for an event, submitting media accreditation, uploading content, or using any related service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
1. Operator
The platform is operated by Pure Moto Racing / SprintX Championship, with technology and hosting support provided by Mahsumah or other approved service providers.

2. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This includes, where relevant, laws and regulations relating to personal data protection, e-commerce, cybersecurity, electronic transactions, intellectual property, consumer protection, payment services, event operations, ticketing, public safety, and any instructions issued by competent authorities.
Any dispute arising from the platform or these Terms shall be subject to the competent courts or authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless another mandatory process applies by law.
3. Platform Purpose
The platform is provided for motorsport-related activities, including but not limited to:
- Championship information
- Account creation
- Driver and rider profiles
- Team and crew management
- Championship registration
- Audience tickets
- Accreditation and QR access
- Media accreditation
- News and media content
- Live broadcast information
- Results and standings
- Sponsor and partner information
- Support requests
We may add, modify, suspend, or remove any feature at any time.
4. Account Registration
You may need to create an account to access certain services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Creating an account is free unless clearly stated otherwise. Certain services, such as championship entry, tickets, optional team services, media services, hospitality, or other paid products may require payment.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account if we believe it has been used in violation of these Terms, event rules, applicable law, safety requirements, or platform security requirements.
5. User Types
The platform may support different user types, including:
- Fan
- Driver
- Rider
- Team administrator
- Team crew
- Media representative
- Sponsor representative
- Volunteer
- Staff
- Administrator
Access, permissions, requirements, fees, documents, approvals, and available features may differ by user type.
6. Championship Registration
Registering for a championship, round, class, or event may require additional information and approval. This may include identity information, contact details, emergency contact, nationality, city, driver/rider license, vehicle details, documents, team information, and other requirements.
Submitting a registration does not guarantee acceptance. We may approve, reject, waitlist, cancel, or request additional information at our discretion, subject to applicable law and event rules.
We may require payment before confirming participation in a paid championship or round.
7. Documents and Verification
Certain users may be required to upload documents, including identification, Iqama, passport, driving/riding license, vehicle registration, media credentials, company documents, or other supporting materials.
You confirm that any document submitted is accurate, valid, and belongs to you or the entity you are authorized to represent.
We may reject, request replacement, or retain records of verification decisions as needed for safety, compliance, dispute handling, event operations, and legal obligations.
8. Motorsport and Event Risk
Motorsport activities involve inherent risks, including injury, property damage, vehicle damage, environmental risks, crowd risks, operational risks, and other risks associated with racing or event attendance.
By participating in, attending, or entering restricted areas of an event, you agree to follow all safety rules, instructions, signage, access controls, staff directions, and event regulations.
You must not enter unauthorized areas, interfere with race operations, misuse QR passes, endanger yourself or others, or ignore safety instructions.
We may remove any person from an event, deny access, cancel a pass, suspend accreditation, or take further action where safety, security, law, or event integrity requires it.
9. Tickets, Passes, and QR Codes
Tickets, passes, accreditation badges, wristbands, QR codes, and digital access credentials are issued for specific persons, categories, zones, rounds, dates, gates, or access levels.
Access may be restricted based on:
- Ticket type
- Payment status
- Approval status
- QR status
- Date and time
- Gate
- Zone
- Role
- Event safety rules
- Staff instructions
A QR code may be denied, invalidated, cancelled, or restricted if it is unpaid, expired, duplicated, transferred without permission, misused, refunded, cancelled, or inconsistent with access rules.
10. Payments
Prices, fees, taxes, service charges, and payment methods will be shown where applicable. Payments may apply to championship entry, tickets, optional services, hospitality, media services, team services, or other products.
All payments are subject to confirmation by the payment provider and our internal records.
We may use third-party payment providers. We are not responsible for payment provider outages, bank delays, card issuer decisions, or third-party payment processing errors outside our control.
11. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the product, ticket type, event policy, payment status, and applicable law.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Account creation is free and not refundable because no fee is charged.
- Paid tickets and entries may be non-refundable after confirmation.
- Refunds may be considered if an event is cancelled, officially rescheduled, or access is cancelled by the organizer.
- Refunds may exclude bank charges, processing fees, service fees, or third-party costs where permitted.
- No refund is guaranteed for user error, failure to attend, late arrival, denied access due to rule violation, incomplete documents, safety breach, misuse of QR codes, or rejected accreditation.
Specific ticket or event refund terms shown at checkout shall apply in addition to these Terms.
12. User Content
You may submit content such as photos, videos, profile information, biographies, documents, comments, team details, social links, vehicle details, or media materials.
You confirm that you own or have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate the rights of others.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, publish, reproduce, edit, translate, distribute, and promote submitted content for platform operations, event coverage, media, marketing, safety, accreditation, and archival purposes, subject to applicable law and privacy requirements.
We may remove or refuse content at our discretion.
13. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Provide false information
- Upload forged or misleading documents
- Misuse another person’s account, ticket, QR code, or badge
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Interfere with platform security
- Scrape or extract data without permission
- Publish harmful, illegal, defamatory, offensive, abusive, discriminatory, or misleading content
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Circumvent payment, ticketing, access, or accreditation controls
- Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity
Violation may result in suspension, cancellation, denial of access, reporting to authorities, or legal action.
14. Intellectual Property
All platform content, trademarks, logos, designs, text, graphics, media, software, layout, branding, championship materials, and digital assets are owned by or licensed to us, unless stated otherwise.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from platform materials without written permission.
Media assets in the Press Kit may only be used according to the published brand and media guidelines.
15. Third-Party Services
The platform may link to or integrate with third-party services, including payment providers, cloud providers, maps, social platforms, video platforms, analytics tools, email services, ticketing tools, or identity providers.
We are not responsible for third-party terms, privacy practices, outages, errors, content, or decisions.
16. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep the platform available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent availability.
We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the platform for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or business reasons.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the platform, event participation, ticketing, registration, account use, content, third-party services, technical issues, or access decisions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
18. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pure Moto Racing, SprintX Championship, its operators, affiliates, directors, staff, contractors, partners, sponsors, and service providers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, expenses, or legal costs arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the platform, false information, document issues, unlawful conduct, safety breach, or infringement of third-party rights.
19. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, restrictions, or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including weather, governmental decisions, venue restrictions, safety requirements, public emergencies, system outages, cyber incidents, supplier failures, payment provider issues, or other force majeure events.
20. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the platform with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
